HABITUATE DIPTYCH (2025)

A collaboration with Douglas Blanc.

The massive increase of warehouses in the Inland Empire in the last two decades creates significant environmental and health concerns for humans and desert wildlife. As coyote populations struggle, what will it take to de-habituate from our learned desire for overnight delivery?

We used photographs of local warehouses and desert plants, juxtaposed with found images. The collaged layers were printed using risograph printing in two colors.
